Terms of Use
By creating an account or using Speak Live Go (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The service
Speak Live Go provides English speaking practice: live 1-on-1 calls with other users, AI-scored speaking mocks and an AI tutor. Free features have daily limits; paid plans may unlock more.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Keep your login credentials private — you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person — one account. Impersonation is not allowed.
3. Community rules
- Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats or sexual content are strictly forbidden.
- No spam, advertising or solicitation on calls or in chats.
- Do not record other users without their consent.
- Violations can lead to warnings, rating penalties, or permanent bans — at our sole discretion. Use the in-app Report and Block tools to flag problems.
4. AI features
AI band scores and feedback are practice estimates, not official IELTS results, and carry no guarantee of exam outcomes. Do not submit content that is unlawful or harmful — AI inputs are subject to the same community rules.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its design, brand and content belong to Speak Live Go. You keep ownership of the content you create, and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be announced in the App; continued use means acceptance.
